06/29/2010
The US bond market is higher, again, this morning amidst Equities fears abroad, as well as concern that economic growth in China may be slowing. Right now, the futures market is pricing in a 77% chance that the Fed keeps rates at .25% through November 3rd, 2010. Currently, the Ten Year yield is at 2.983% (3.08% yesterday) and the 2yr yield is at a record low, 62bps. The 2-10 yield spread is at 236bps, flattening 7bps since yesterday morning.
